According to a spot of news on Ananova today, movie star Angelina Jolie has admitted that she initially hated the Lara Croft role she will shortly be reprising in the sequel to the original hit film.
"I hated Lara Croft. She was just a cute girl in tiny shorts - that's all" commented Jolie, who apparently had a torrid time shooting the first film while she attempted to reconcile herself with the character she was playing. Well, what can you expect from a character originally conceived as a game heroine purely to satisfy a programmer's fantasy? Jolie seems happy with Lara now, however: "Nowadays Lara really is alright, she is like a special friend."
The second film, Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life is due for a release this Summer.

she has got it right. Lara was created to fulfill fantasies. Well, I will see the movie for just that reason

Lara IS a fantasy! Angelina 'filled' Lara's shorts and shirt just F-I-N-E. Yes Angelina has a 'big mouth', which I fantasize about 'filling'.
