With Warner Bros gradually building up their stake in Eidos Interactive, it seems that the game publisher and the entertainment giant could be moving closer together by the day - rumour from Empire reaching us that Warner will look to "reboot" the Tomb Raider IP, via a new flick starring Megan Fox.

This isn't the first time executives have hinted that the IP needs a total refresh following Crystal Dynamics' latest efforts, while speculation surrounding a new film has also rumbled for some time.

Angelina Jolie did of course star in the previous two Tomb Raider movies, while this new report says Warner will re-imagine Lara's past, her love interests, her foes and other key components of the franchise.

We'll try and bring you more on this new flick, and any game-related chatter, just as soon as we can.
