PSP Go! coming from Sony?

Sony's long awaited (or long speculated, should I say) PSP-4000 takes another twist today, 1UP reporting that the revised handheld will actually be called PSP Go!
Apparently, the new look device will have either 8Gb or 16Gb of flash memory, and it will not having a sliding screen design, according to these latest rumours.
A launch in Japan this September is reportedly planned, with the US coming online in October or November.
Over 100 games will be available sans-UMD for the launch, including the PSP version of Gran Turismo.
We're hopeful of news on this at E3.
