Assassin's Creed 2 out in 2009-10
Ubisoft discuss big games
Announcing their latest financial performance for the year ending March 31st, Ubisoft also gave away a few future release plans - presumably giddy from having delivered a 14 per cent rise in sales to 1.4 billion USD.
Seven Ubisoft franchises are set to re-emerge during their 2009-10 financial year: Assassin’s Creed 2, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction, Rabbids Go Home, Red Steel 2, Ghost Recon 4 and Anno 1404.
Licensed titles, James Cameron’s Avatar, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, and Arthur and the Invisibles are also due out over the course of the new financial year.
I Am Alive, R.U.S.E. as well as various kiddie friendly games were also mooted for the year ahead. No sign of Beyond Good and Evil 2, sadly.
