Splinter Cell sticking with 360 for now

Speaking at the GameON business conference, Ubisoft Canada boss Yannis Mallat has said that the Splinter Cell series is sticking with the Xbox 360 console exclusively for the foreseeable future.
"Until further notice [it's staying on Xbox 360]. However, I'm only the one making the games, you should talk to the people in Paris [for confirmation]," GamingUnion were told by the exec.
The series has been regarded as multi-platform in the past, but it looks as if Ubisoft's latest - Conviction - will be 360 only, at least for starters.
How long SC will remain a 360 exclusive remains to be seen however, past exclusive titles having remained that way for only a time-limited period.
