Gran Turismo 5 set for track editor
Rumours of new toolset abound
A rumour published online today hints that Sony and Polyphony could be plotting a track editor for Gran Turismo 5 - although the publisher have so far declined to comment on this.
According to E4G, Polyphony confirmed to the site that a track editor was indeed on the way, although it remains unclear how verifiable this news is.
Apparently, the editor will allow players to edit the existing tracks, not to mention create new routes from scratch.
"Yes it will have a track editor. You will be able to rebuild a track from scratch or edit the tracks that are already put in Gran Turismo 5," E4G quote an unnamed official representative as confirming.
Still, this should be treated as uncertain until Sony decide to comment.
