You&#8217;ll primarily use this account to order services, pay bills and access your ticket history. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to update the email address associated with your account, there are <strong>two<\/strong> <strong>profiles<\/strong> that need changing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/my.jolt.co.uk\/clientarea.php?action=details\">Account profile<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/my.jolt.co.uk\/index.php?rp=\/user\/profile\">Customer profile<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your <strong>account profile<\/strong> is primarily used for notifications (e.g. invoices, support, announcements).
