JCP will display a message at the top of the site list if you&#8217;ve been blocked. Here&#8217;s  an example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Your current IP address (203.0.113.5) was on our block list due to SSH or SFTP login attempts, we&#8217;ve now removed the IP address and your site(s) &amp; server(s) should be accessible again.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Your IP will be unblocked automatically, just allow a couple of minutes for the changes to propagate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;m blocked, or I still can&#8217;t access anything<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s time to contact support, please contact us with more detail on the issue (e.g. domain(s) or server IP(s) affected), screenshots of any errors and anything else you feel would be helpful to the team. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you&#8217;ve recently been trying to login to SFTP or SSH and you suddenly can&#8217;t access your JCP server(s) or site(s), it&#8217;s possible your IP address has been blocked by our security.
