It also clarifies the difference between portal access and hosting control panel access, and when to contact support for help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Portal Username: Which Email Address Is Used<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your <strong>portal username is always the email address registered on your client account in WHMCS<\/strong>. We can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm the email address on file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the account email after verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resend your portal login details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>If You\u2019ve Forgotten Your Portal Password<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you know your username but not your password, simply use the <strong>Forgot Password<\/strong> link on the login page.
