An email signature is a block of text (and optionally links or images) that gets added to the bottom of your outgoing emails automatically. This guide shows you how to set one up in Roundcube, the webmail client that comes with cPanel\/Plesk hosting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> A signature you set in Roundcube only applies to emails sent from webmail<\/strong>. If you also send from Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or your phone, you’ll need to set the signature up in each of those apps too.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You’ll need the email address and password for the mailbox you want to add the signature to.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Log in to webmail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to https:\/\/yourdomain.com\/webmail<\/strong><\/a> (use your own domain), or open webmail from the Email Accounts<\/strong> page in cPanel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Log in with your full email address and its password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Add your signature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click Settings<\/strong> in the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click Identities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the identity (email address) you want to add a signature to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Scroll down to the Signature<\/strong> box and type your signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. If you want formatting like bold text, colors, links or a logo, click the HTML<\/strong> toggle\/icon above the signature box to switch on the rich text editor (see “Adding images and formatting” below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Tip:<\/strong> If you send from more than one address (an alias, for example), each identity has its own signature. Repeat these steps for each identity.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Choose when your signature is added<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      By default Roundcube adds your signature to new messages, but you can change this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Settings > Preferences > Composing Messages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Under Signature options<\/strong>, set Automatically add signature<\/strong> to one of these:\n
