Then select <strong>Add Mail Account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"579\" height=\"221\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-49.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-832\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-49.png 579w, https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-49-300x115.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 579px) 100vw, 579px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>6.&nbsp;Next, you will need to enter the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your <strong>Full Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your <strong>New Email Address<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Password<\/strong> for your email account &#8211; this is the password you set when you created the mailbox in cPanel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description is optional, this is just for your reference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Then press Next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"590\" height=\"389\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-50.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-831\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-50.png 590w, https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-50-300x198.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7.&nbsp;On the next screen, you will need to enter your <strong>Incoming<\/strong> and <strong>Outgoing Mail Server Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your Incoming Mail Server Hostname will be mail.your-domain.com. As an example, if your domain-name was:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.example.co.uk\">www.example.co.uk<\/a> your Incoming Hostname would be: mail.example.co.uk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"535\" height=\"897\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-52.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-829\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-52.png 535w, https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-52-179x300.png 179w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 535px) 100vw, 535px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Press <strong>Next<\/strong>.\u00a0On the next screen turn off <strong>Notes <\/strong>and leave <strong>Mail <\/strong>on and press <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"572\" height=\"251\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-53.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-828\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-53.png 572w, https:\/\/kb.jolt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/image-53-300x132.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 572px) 100vw, 572px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"setting-up-your-trash-folder\">Setting up your Trash folder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Press on the email account you have just added, then press on &#8220;Account&#8221; scroll down and click &#8220;Advanced&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;Under &#8220;Mailbox Behaviors&#8221; press on &#8220;Deleted Mailbox&#8221; by default it will select the &#8220;Trash&#8221; on the iPhone this needs to be changed; if you scroll down you should see a &#8220;Trash&#8221; folder lower down, press on that one to select.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Press &#8220;Advanced&#8221; in the top left, then &#8220;Account&#8221; and then &#8220;Done&#8221; in the top right, this will save your new settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"setting-up-your-sent-folder\">Setting up your Sent folder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. In your Mail Settings press on the email account you have just added, then press on &#8220;Account&#8221; scroll down and click &#8220;Advanced&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Under &#8220;Mailbox Behaviours&#8221; press on &#8220;Sent Mailbox&#8221; by default it will select the &#8220;Sent&#8221; on the iPhone this needs to be changed; if you scroll down you should see a &#8220;Sent&#8221; folder lower down, press on that one to select.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
