If you need to transfer a domain out of your Jolt account, simply follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Request your new registrar’s IPS tag<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Login to your account via my.jolt.co.uk<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Navigate to Domains<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select<\/strong> the *.uk domain you would like to transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Release Domain<\/strong> under the left-hand Manage<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Enter your new registrar’s IPS tag and click Release Domain<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    *.uk domain transfers are typically instant, or at least completed within 24 hours. Once the domain’s tag has been changed, we are no longer able to manage or access the domain, you must continue with the transfer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Keep in mind that transferring a domain does not transfer the domain’s services (e.g. DNS, email or website), it simply moves the domain registration from one provider to another. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
