Where are your servers and data centres?

We have two main data centres, both in the UK. The majority of services are in North London, and some services are also based out of Media City, Manchester. Internal systems such as our websites, support systems, and monitoring systems run from an off-network Wolverhampton data centre.

Do you offer telephone support?

Often email and live chat support is most effective and is frequently the quickest way to get in touch. We aim to reply to tickets within 30 minutes, and on average a live chat will be answered in around 42 seconds. That said, we can offer a call back if you need it so whilst we don't offer inbound telephone support, doesn't mean we can't phone you if it's helpful.

Do you use AI support agents?

No. All our support staff are 100% flesh and bone, no AI agents at Jolt. We do use AI to help our support be efficient, for example our internal AI will triage tickets, perform DNS lookups, basic tasks to save our staff time, but you'll never be talking to an AI.

Is Jolt carbon neutral?

Do you use renewable energy?

All the Jolt data centres and offices use renewable energy contracts where possible, where we cannot be certain of this we ensure adequate carbon offsetting is carried out using Gold Standard reliable and verifiable carbon offsetting providers and projects.

Will you transfer my website?

Yes! We include free website and server migration with all our hosting. Our expert support staff will expertly and smoothly migrate your website, email, and DNS as well as anything else you need from your old provider to us at a time to suit you with minimal disruption.
