Simply the best - no question. 5* Managed Hosting Provider has provided our organization with a managed server that is hosted within their facility in Timico Newark. Since we have had the server which has now been for six months, we have experienced NO downtime. Their support has been extremely responsive, even responding to requests out of hours, and on Saturday evenings. This was all for free and part of the service - quite a rarity these days - many providers wish to charge for these additional extras. I have more than 12 years of experience working in the ISP and telecommunications field and I highly rate We very much appreciate all of the support and first-class service we have received. Thank you.

I signed up to Jolt about 3 months ago because of the cheaper deal. I was a bit skeptical about the virtual assistance, but I'd read a few positive reviews and decided to go for it. I have not been disappointed! The live chat is great for quick questions, the staff is always helpful and polite. For more technical queries it's simple to raise a ticket and my queries have always been resolved within half a day at the longest. I feel like I'm always on their case, but they are so welcoming and eager to help! The hosting service itself is reliable and we've had a very very smooth transition over to Jolt. Very very happy customer! Thank you guys!!!

I have been with Jolt for a number of years. They've always provided brilliant support. Really helpful people, highly responsive. And the first of my suppliers to step in and offer financial breaks to customers in the current coronavirus pandemic. Thanks for your support - in all ways. Highly recommended.

I honestly cannot recommend Jolt enough.
Server uptime and stability has been perfect since I joined (almost a year ago) and the few support queries I have put in have been answered rapidly and technically on point.
I come from a technical background (linux and cisco) and so often with other providers, support comes from clueless frontline "engineers" who only know how to reboot and re-ask the same question. This is NOT the case with Jolt.

Fantastic support team, I wish I'd found Jolt years ago!
I've been hosting customers' websites for 20+ years and I recently decided to transfer everything over to Jolt Hosting. I'd be expecting this to be a slow and tedious process but with the help of Jolts support team, it was a walk in the park!
I've previously had accounts with other large hosting companies, e.g Heart Internet, 20i and Fasthosts but Jolt is by far superior. Their dedicated support team, UK hosting facilities and easy site transfer is why I'll be sticking around!

Absolutely top service!
Have been with jolt for many many years now, for as long as I can remember, was also with them when it used to be web hosting buzz.
I currently have my own reseller with them as well as the company I work for has a dedicated server with them and cannot find a single fault!

They are competitively priced and their support and managed services are absolutely fantastic. Even our developers that we have comment on how great they are. The ability to hop on live chat any time of the day/night and have an expert at the other end able to assist immediately is fantastic!
