How to login to cPanel

There are currently two methods to login to your cPanel hosting service, through your Jolt account or directly via your website address.

Logging into cPanel through your Jolt customer account

When logging in through your account, you don’t need to know your cPanel username or password.

1. Login to your Jolt customer account at my.jolt.co.uk
2. Select Services
3. Click on the service you wish to manage
4. Click Login to cPanel on the left-hand side

Logging into cPanel directly

You can login to cPanel using your domain (e.g. www.jolt.co.uk/kb), any of the following addresses should take you to your cPanel login page:

• example.com/cpanel
• example.com:2083
• cpanel.example.com

Replace example.com with your actual domain

Once you’re at the login, enter your cPanel username and password to access the control panel.
