How to see your service’s renewal date & price

If you’re looking to review your costs, you can see a list of your services and their monthly or annual costs in your Jolt customer portal.

  1. Login to your Jolt account via my.jolt.co.uk
  2. Select Services from the top menu

You will see a table of your services, including the product name, primary domain, billing cycle, price and next due date.

If you have a lot of services, you can filter the services by status (e.g. Active, Suspended, Cancelled) by either selecting the status from the View menu at the top of the table, or on the left-hand side.

To see more detail about the service’s billing cycle, renewal dates & historic prices, click on the relevant service and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Billing Overview
