How to update your Jolt account email address

Your customer account email address is used to login to your Jolt portal at my.jolt.co.uk. You’ll primarily use this account to order services, pay bills and access your ticket history.

If you need to update the email address associated with your account, there are two profiles that need changing:

Your account profile is primarily used for notifications (e.g. invoices, support, announcements). Whereas your customer profile is used for signing into your Jolt account.
